Delivery Information

  • Free for orders over $45
  • $6.50 for orders under $45

We dispatch all orders from our US warehouse. All of our products are sent via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days. You will receive tracking information to your email used at checkout, sent from the courier. If you haven’t received this don’t forget to check your junk folder.

Unfortunately the AIRO balance bike is unable to be purchased and delivered to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and any overseas US territory. 

Due to distance selling regulations we are unable to ship any goods to addresses in Canada or the US states of Iowa or Kansas. We are however allowed to ship all goods except AIRO balance bikes to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Returns Policy

We don’t knowingly have an unhappy customer anywhere in the world and we want to keep it that way! If you’re not happy with your purchased Hornit product for any reason, just Contact Us, tell us why and we’ll gladly replace the product or give you a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Subject to the products being returned in resellable condition).

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying to return an item. Most of our products can be returned via the United States Postal Service. However for larger items, such as the AIRO balance bike, we can arrange collection and deduct the cost from the total amount refunded.

Refund Policy

Price difference refunds will not be available following the purchase of a product where the price later changes. If you have any queries about the cost of the product being ordered, please contact our customer service team before completing your purchase.
